I LOVE interviewing people at “rescue missions” and telling their amazing stories.

Especially in NYC! Like the guy, Harry Ecclesiasties, who managed a crew of crack addicts in the abandoned layers of the subway. He had them salvaging copper from old pipes. Later, after going through the Bowery Program, he put those business and management skills to much better use.

We put these stories into a tabloid newsletter format and immediatley increased response by 5 fold!
